I'll go against the herd and say that redpill has nothing to do with MGTOW.

men's rights movement implies that they could change the way society works.

MGTOW is about inaction and moving forward in your own way. we do see their point but we also know that it won't work. Due to how humans are evolved, females pick their mate and males try their best to get picked. You can't change the "simp" society because even if you "redpill" everyone, some males will still act "blue pilled" to get selected by females.

who do you think marries used up females? mostly males who couldn't get anyone else.

there will always be people who will comprimise and give in to get female attention/sex.

Main selling point of MGTOW is that it is decentralized, out of politics (despite alt-rightists trying to infiltrate. they have successfully infiltrated most of Mens rights / trp movement) .

MGTOW just means going your own way instead of contributing to broken gynocentric society.

Think of MGTOW as boycotters of certain product. and the MR activists/TRP are the protesters. For example i hate apple products so i just prefer not to give them a dime ,whereas some people buy their products and then keep complaining in hopes of changing things.

It's a good movie in showing some of the motivations for why guys are choosing MGTOW. Since it was created and directed by a formally feminist women it's a ideal tool to get close female relatives in your life such as daughters or sisters a view of the reality of men in today's society against all the feminist propaganda they have been indoctrinated with. It's also a good movie to show young males in your life that you care about to try to open their eyes at an early age rather than have them learn MGTOW after getting burned badly.

The writer/director Cassie Jaye also did a great TED talk on her experience making the movie and it was quite interesting to see how she was treated by other women after creating it.
