The women at our small office. A rant and a small observation.

I work at a small office. 7 employees, 3 women, 4 men.

The women are 2 late 40's and 1 late 30's.

The one thing I find the most annoying is;

When those women want to tell me something, they give me a 5 minute story prior instead of going to the point. I find it super annoying and disturbing and time wasting. While I try to catch up with work I do not need or want to listen to irrelevant story, just give me the god damn details already!

If anything, those women are raping me by forcing me to listen to them and are wasting my time.

When I express how annoyed I am by that, they get offended like a kid.

Cant imagine having to live with that 24/7 - I would die.
