Do not seek out validation from any external source. If you do, you're setting yourself up for absolute misery and self-destruction.

Draw the circle of protection around yourself and focus on your own self-improvement in every facet. There's nothing that anyone can give you that you can't find within yourself.

Never leak out your dreams to anyone, especially women or your mother, or they'll just poison your mind with their doubt and fear and lack of vision.

Most people have no idea what they want in their lives, and they most certainly have no idea how you reached the conclusions you have about what you want in your life.

You won't be able to inspire them to help you either, so just don't waste your effort, and do not seek their validation that an idea is good to follow through on. Just go out and seize what it is that you want for yourself. Tell no one.

Everyone is running to a certain degree. We all have escapist tendencies. Most people are just coasting and trying to escape from their minds through drugs, alcohol, binge watching television, playing video games, watching sports, immersing themselves in hundreds of false friends and acquaintances, politics, pornography, reading trivial books, gossping, and many other forms of escapism.

(Since I know that I will inevitably receive this comment, there is absolutely no reason for you to be involved in politics unless you have billions of dollars, or you're the sole leader of a large social movement. Your energy is being wasted on trivial matters. You should choose to expend the energy you have on improving yourself instead. Control what you actually can, and don't waste your effort or power on things you can't.)

99.99% of the people you meet will just try to beat down your dreams and project their inadequacies onto you to keep you at their level.

They do this so that you'll be enthralled to them and forever dependant on them for emotional "support."

They know they're vile, so you should be too, or worse. Most people have no idea they're even doing this either, it's a subconscious projection of their inner weakness into the physical world.

They haven't done the soul-searching to understand themselves and their mind and who they actually are, and now they want YOU to pay for it and use you as an emotional dumping ground.

Rise above their toxicity, and have the respect for yourself and your own uniqueness to push these people away. You don't need to sell your soul and sacrifice your self-identity to have allies or friends. Those types of people are not worth your time anyways.

True friends come around at the moment when you've reached self-actualization and they will shower you in love and support and encouragement, free of charge, because they share the same goals.

Also, you can very quickly figure out if somebody is your ally, or an adversary. If you tell someone one of your dreams, observe how they try to belittle it, or sow the seeds of doubt.

These people are not your friends, and they do not deserve to be in your life. Period. Chop the head off the snake and move on. Do not talk to them anymore.

If you do decide to keep them around, only use them as a tool, just like they're doing to you, to understand exactly what you need to do as per the opposite of whatever they say.

Use their doubt and fear as fuel to inspire you to prove to YOURSELF that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

However, be very careful and know when to disengage from these types of people because their words are venom and they'll destroy you and erode away your identity over time.

The people that are your true friends want to empower you. They want to help you to become a better person.

In fact, they want you to become the very best person that you can possibly be and much more, but not out of greed, only love.

Love isn't a fluttering feeling in a moment, but a choice to expend energy looking for the good in people and to bring it out into the world.

The only way that someone can be loved though is if they haven't murdered their inner self, and they're not running from who they are. You cannot love someone that does not love themselves.

True friends are supportive, and they listen, and wait before speaking, they do not try to interject to hear the sound of their voice, they do not often use negative language, they try to inspire you, and really they seek absolutely nothing from you except the joy of watching you flourish.

Their cup is already full, so they have plenty to spare to help you find the path to fill yours.

There are actually some people out there like this, but they're very rare. Our society barely has the propensity to produce such people.

I had a friend like this for most of my childhood, but I didn't have the vision to see who he really was, and I sacrificed my identity to others for other trivial "friendships," based around escapism because I didn't respect myself and my own identity. Of course, he drifted away and rightfully so. He's the friend that I never deserved.

Regardless though, those that fall to the darkness do have a chance to redeem themselves and learn these truths too if they have ears to listen and want to truly understand what their own thoughts are telling them.

The more I learn about psychology, and my own mind, the more I'm able to see this neuroticism in others, because I know that it's within me as well, but I'm trying to understand it.

I can see all the angles of self-harm that people are inflicting upon themselves now, and how this leads to others suffering in their presence.

It also helps that I work in retail, so I get to see a snapshot of random people and observe their psychology as it manifests into reality.

There are so many people that do not respect themselves and have no idea what's happening in their heads.

Anyways, to anyone who reads this, I wish you the best of luck in life, and I hope that you can find yourself.

Never stop fighting for what you believe in.

I won't be responding to comments, I'm not looking for your validation, or to get lost in the weeds of trivial arguments.

Use this information however you please, find what is useful to you, discard the rest. Farewell.
