There was a post here a few years ago about a guy losing his job because his boss hired his side piece. She had gone in and basically erased years of data because she had no idea what she was doing and they had to call the guy back and pay him as a consultant to fix it. He couldn't fix it.

Work is just socializing to women. A place to do what they do best: cause drama and talk compulsively. The best work environments have a level of trust and openness to improvement - a bunch of drama about feelings does nothing in the business world.

Since day dot in any society men and women have performed certain and different roles, in fact even men can't perform the same roles as other men. But for some reason these women are able to do any job a man can. Just like fucking magic.

It depends on the environment. I have worked with some incredibly talented women in my tenure in IT. However, there was none of this woke shit during dot com.

Women in IT are usually at peak emotional rage all the time from what i noticed. I'm from IT field but not trying to get into blue collar jobs like F&B industry so i can spend less time working side by side them. Man, i just wanna work and get paid then go home.
