It's very hard to believe that she is being raped by her father but won't go to the police. Can you get out of your lease? I would try to do so quickly and quietly if at all possible. I would not want to be anywhere near that women. At minimum, I would NEVER engage in that line of conversation. Just stay silent if you can. You don't want any part of that trainwreck.

Here's what I would do (because I'm an asshole and dgaf, I'd rather sleep in my car than live with someone like her);

Step One: First, get her on hidden camera or audio with your phone talking about how her father is raping her. If your state laws are one party consent wiretapping/recording laws, you're good anyway. Keep this saved for now in several places only you can access, both in the cloud and in your hard storage.

Step Two: Move any of your valuables out of your place that you don't want potentially destroyed. Ask a friend, family, or your boss even if you can temporarily store some valuables with them as you're "going through some stuff". Get a storage unit or something if this is not an option. Figure it out, get creative.

Step Three: DO NOT FILE A POLICE REPORT, BUT TELL HER YOU DID. Tell her that "I filed a police report for you, as I don't want to be held legally liable for not reporting a crime when I hear about it. Authorities will be in contact with you today or tomorrow to get everything onto paper and to proceed with the court case and the arrest of your father." She will obviously flip her shit with this if she's lying (WHAT HAVE YOU DONE, YOU'VE RUINED MY LIFE...etc etc) get this entire rant on camera and audio also.

Step Four: Immediately after step three, ask her if she was lying about any of it. This is her last chance to come clean. If she does, you can choose to be a little nicer if you want. But if not, show her the two recordings- the first one about her talking about how her father rapes her, and the second you just took of her going crazy. Tell her there's no police report and explain to her that she's now going to do exactly what you want or you're gonna destroy her family, her job, her place of residence, her friendships, and any hopes and dreams she ever had about living any kind of happy life. You WILL file the report along with the first file with her talking about it to the police if she refuses to comply.

Not perfect, obviously, I typed this fast all in one go without much editing and thinking out the plan and looking for holes, but you have a rough outline on how to tackle this. You're welcome.

Dude, simple just stay away from her. Crazy could say the same about someone else or even you if she is really batshit crazy, be free and gyow, steer clear if drama and don’t be caught alone with her
