This can be hard my dude especially if you really loved her. Id suggest you come up with ways at first to stop the thoughts of her. What I do is when i think of something I need to get over I think of thanos snapping his fingers and that thought vanishing lol. Try to keep busy nee gym membership and off try the app Meet up it is esentually people getting together for events like motorcycles arts hikes sports etc. Dont drink either. And please post here if you feel lile doing something dumb. In these moments is when we are the weakest. When the one we loved drastically change the terms of the relationship.

Avoid ramen in cup mate, that shit isn't good for you like you wife. Treat yourself to a steak or sushi. i) Vegetable soup and cornish pasty: put the cornish pasty in a bowl, heat up the soup, pour the soup over the cornish pasty and enjoy.

ii) Sausage roll and soup: chop up each sausage roll thrice and put into a bowl, heat up and pour over the chopped up sausage roll (alternative: put soup in bowl, dip sausage roll in soup).
