A good question more men need to start asking themselves is this:

What's in this for me? What do I get out of it? How is this serving me?

I ask this question constantly when it comes to interacting with women. In the case of "influencers" (and a lot of friends on FB and such) the answer was nothing, nothing, and nothing. At that point I cut the dead weight out of my life.

There was a quote, I forget who said it, but it goes something like

"Perfection isn't achieved when there's nothing left to add; perfection is achieved when there's nothing left to take away."

Nice move I did that a while ago. Nothing dumber than following some girl on IG who will never so much as acknowledge your existence.

I actually unfollowed everyone on IG.

Did that a year ago . Even stopped following females I knew in real life that posted thirst traps and honestly I feel better . Lusting over women/escorts all day fogs your Brain . When women ask me why I follow them I straight up tell them I don’t like looking at your ass pictures all day . The shock on their face is priceless
