They do but they hate when you do it, women always expect the man to be working, either directly at their work or at home, but women are like the caricature of the capitalist who hates his workers for daring to sleep a few hours per night instead of working.
If you're doing nothing, you're currently not giving her more resources/power/distracting her, and that's something she cannot accept.

My ex would interrupt me... intentionally... I gave her clear guidelines... if I'm in a battle, do not interrupt me unless there is a fire or someone has broken into our place.
I had to scream at her at least 5 times (on separate occasions) and eventually keep yelling at her until I made her cry before the message got through. I didn't want to, but unless she got emotional - she never learned anything (this was my Blue Pill self).
Remember the twitch streamer that smacked his girlfriend whilst he was streaming? That's a bit much, there's no need for violence, but I could empathize with him about her nagging.

I’ve a colleague who’s very successful and lives in a huge condo with his girlfriend. He’s not allowed to even own a PS4 because she thinks it’s a waste of time. Meanwhile she still has her collection of dolls on display in their home. His entire life is basically controlled by her. Everything he does must benefit her. He’s allowed to work to earn money. Or run errands for her and the home.
I’ll just stay in my one bedroom apartment and play PS4.
