Ideally don't work with women at all, great for avoiding false accusations as well.

A fantasy I have is that in the future an army of MGTOWs all start productive small businesses and just hire other MGTOWs and create a sort of parallel society and economy, then call ourselves the "Stonecutters" and then our tradcucks friends ask us where we got the massage chairs from.

In the corporate world, I've noticed that women gravitate toward management positions because they naturally feel comfortable telling people what to do. That management positions often exceed this requirement does not stop them from getting hired. I've witnessed several corporations become top-heavy and fail due to poor management decisions. Management rarely fires itself before the workers.

I've worked in a few supermarkets, and the women are always delegating their work to men, especially if it involves heavy lifting. They will go out of their way to apply for jobs like bagger, but when they have to do anything physically demanding, they complain.

They're used to telling their husbands and kids what to do at home and they bring that same attitude to the workplace.

Years ago, it wasn't that bad...you did a bit of their work and they blew you...Win/Win!

Now, with all the ME TOO and HR bullshit, I wouldn't recommend doing that EVER! (at work at least)

I've worked with women who would be sat at their PC and ask me a question. I'd advise them to google it, and they'd ask me if I can google it on my PC and tell them what it means.

I make them do stuff. Makes them wonder what's with me. Sometimes they look for guys who would stuff for them and that's ok.

Grow some balls say "no, do it yourself" or "that's not part of my job description". I also work in the kitchen industry and if you say yes once they'll always expect it and other people will know they can dump their work on you. You'll get a dirty look at first but you'll maintain your self respect.
