I live in a culturally conservative and traditional country. My father is well off as he is a software engineers who has opportunity's to take contracts from outside the country and make a greater income. While there are career opportunities for women, it's most of the time looked down on and most women get married and settle down fairly young. I am the only son and youngest family child. All 3 of my elder sisters married wealthy men and moved on with their lives. They are regularly posting image on social media of themselves insta-trophy-wife-thotting around the mediterranean and Sochi. None of them have children yet, even though the eldest has been married for 5 years and is almost aged 30 years. None of them had jobs apart working in side shops when they were maidens. What angers me greatly is my parents see these social media by my sisters and judge me by that standard. I have to hear regularly why I haven't become as successful as my sisters and their husbands, and why do I not have fiance yet. They are angered when I say I don't want a woman now, and make the point my sisters are childless and just play in the sun and shop all day, and their husbands are wealthy foreigners who inherited opportunity. I on the other hand as a man have work a job since a boy as well as go to school and university with only modest outside assistance. I have learned of MGTOW years ago, and decided then in secret that I would go my own way as I watched most women choose wealthy men or gangsters first over men of good character. Even in conservative countries like mine with little feminists, men are treated poorly, like servants without agency and dreams of their own. Always the expectation to sacrifice dreams for family legacy. I have love for my parents, but they are blinded archaic misandric thinking, they cannot see how technology has linked the world and spread the cancer of feminism western progressive thought to every point on the earth. They cannot see my struggle as a man is far more perilous and difficult than that of 3 pretty sisters who were able to trade their bodies to husbands for wealth and class opportunity. I have decided to leave and pursue my fortune abroad after university. I will not be this servant without agency who is spoken to with little dignity. I will become wealthy with power but I will do so in the manner by which I choose and will not sacrifice my spirit to a culture and society which is crumbling with the rest of the world.
