And who said these businesses have any value? Your coffee shop or flower store isn't a necessity in a road building contract.

That was the first thing I noticed too. The only way it makes sense is if a lot of women owned 2 businesses and they considered stupid shit like selling artsy crap on etsy as being a business owner.
