Ill try to explain in text:

MGTOW is about men going their own way, men not conforming to societal norms like get a wife, get kids, work till 70 then drop dead, (i mean if you want im not stopping you).

mgtow is about men taking their lives in control and doing whatever the fuck they want to do. May that be monk mode, pump and dump mode, relationship kinda guys, or maybe even marriage. (Although mgtow preaches for no marriage, no cohabitation and no kids)

But this is all hard to explain in text, a few good channels about red pill/mgtow are: coach greg adams, darius m, coach red pill, sandman, TFM. Im sure there are more, these are just the one i watched and learned from
