My next goal is to buy a house in mostly cash, because rent is normally around 80-90 percent of my bills each month. My plan is to pay that monstrosity off and then put the majority of my paycheck to retirement accounts, and hopefully retire before I’m 50. I have always wanted that weight pff my back knowing whatever happens, I will always have a roof over my head. I feel like going into work every day would feel so different, knowing every dollar I make is going back to me, and not towards a loan or mortgage. If you tell me to rent and invest in bitcoin, I’m not going to listen. I’m old school in this sense about owning a home and property.
