The only real difference is american men having higher status in some countries. It's not that southeast asian women are different, they just treat YOU differently because in their country you are highly valued whereas in america you aren't.

I used to work at a restaurant as a part time job with school and there was a man who just divorced with his wife and lost almost everything. He was like a beta, he raised the woman's children and everything but she still cheated on him. He started dating a girl from Thailand on internet. She was very young, age of his daughter. Long story short, he knew the girl was only dating him because she wanted to come to Canada and for his money but he still went for it because he was miserable and lonely. The girl turned out to be like expected, she would fuck anybody with some money. I don't know if there would be a difference between an Indonesian woman and a thai woman.

Honestly, it's simple logic if you think about it, why would a woman date someone who is on the other side of the world if money or anything that benefits her is not involved. I say it's a trap but I could be wrong.

If she wanna stay in Indonesia then it's fine, western country could possibly turn her into a bitch. Be warned though, marrying to SEA woman is to marry into her extended family. He's a good catch to her now and she will love him as long as he stays so in her eyes.
