Whenever I stopped chasing women for validation/sex I noticed two major changes in my life:

1) I felt a general sense of wholesome; not just dating or women related but generally a sense of contentment that being in dating game (despite the momentary post-nut euphoria) never did. In fact it was the opposite chasing tail.

2) I saw beauty in things I would otherwise ignore in the rat race of seeking female validation. Small things provided a greater joy.

There is a lot of debate among men in MGTOW but celibacy opens door to some spiritual essence that can't he denied.

Monk is a simple life. To untether and become free of attachments takes immense purpose and dedication. Perhaps more so than being successful.

But only one benefits the predators of modern society.
