A man working around women is an awful situation. Not even including getting metooed is the fact the women are very petty, passive aggressive, gossip non stop, do bare minimum, snitch and whine. Men have to pick up the slack while having to work under some simp who encourages that behavior or works under some strong independent feminist with an axe to grind against men.

I'm glad I'm self-employed so I can choose for whom and with whom to work with when needed. That's freedom.

Working in an office full of asian women- I had a VERY different experience. Sure I had to change the water cooler every time...but was at least met with reciprocated respect and very little drama. I would change their oil if I had to, looking back. Compared to the american hags I’ve worked with.

Office manager was also a japanese male, so maybe they knew the drill lol. Never worked in such a quiet and productive environment in over 20 years.

Eh, it's not too bad if you know how to be polite, mostly stick to yourself, and provide superior work to your employer.

Will also depend highly on the field and specific department.
