Set practicality of advice aside and consider the following:
When you agree to enter an emotionally and sexually exclusive relationship, you agree to follow its rules.
Doing so, with direct intent to stay unfaithful, is either
"I can't afford to seek a relationship that'll come with better terms of contract. I can't afford to renegotiate the terms of said contract. Therefore, I must enter this contract as it is and then break the rules without other party noticing."
How this is strong Frame? How this is going for what you want in life? How this is destroying or ignoring bluepill propaganda, bluepill programming, bluepill rules?
One thing is accepting Machiavellan practices as viable when you're able to maximize profits. I'm not going to argue that Kantian ethics are only way to go about life. Another thing is living a fake life, where you have to lie about yourself and your doings to avoid drama. How is this satisfying when you could have an open relationship and/or keep spining plates and super-plates, or just fucking around?

Absolutely. Its a reflection of constructive standards.
Kant's Ethics is viable in one's life, not just business practices. Hell, this guy is a reason to start enforcing those practices on himself to avoid government restrictions or gf restrictions.

I used to think that Kant's Ethics are viable and useful. And then I saw what Nick wrote about this:
Any man who tries to be good all the time is bound to come to ruin among the great number who are not good. Hence a prince who wants to keep his authority must learn how not to be good, and use that knowledge, or refrain from using it, as necessity requires.
It is harmful to be honest at all times. Thus we must be able to lie whenever we will profit either only from lying or significantly from lying as opposed to being honest.
But employing Kantian Ethics in some situations and Machiavellism in other is by no means Kant's Moral Universalism. So what then, should we bear the mask of Kantian Ethics unless need arises to lie? I believe so now. Furthermore, by following Kantian Ethics by day and Machiavellan Manipulation by night (or rather only when it's absolutely necessary) we will, under the guise of being an honorable and truthful person, get a lot of people decieved automatically.
But is this moral? I'm still highly unsure how it works for me.

I try to see it as a successful man, not a good man. To maximize success by avoiding external restrictions. This is the corporate application I speak of. Didn't make that clear.
