This is almost purely a good thing; the only negative impact is that we do not notice the impact we have for 21 years. I suspect that the 2018 numbers reflect our impact in 2008, and that there is no way to know about our 2018 influence other than waiting it out until 2039. I have seen a number of very young men in the manosphere, and significant commentary on the misery women have been experiencing due to being alone, but these articles being commented on by us, have never mentioned us.

You noticed that the time lags do not match. In 2008 I suspect it was only 10 years, and now I think it is 21 years. There are 2 main reasons for this. First, the higher average age of marriage. It will take longer to pass this number due to it being higher. Second, and the one we care about, is the earlier red-pilling of men. Due to the fact that we are being red-pilled earlier, there is more time between the age we are red-pilled at and the age we are supposed to get married.
