Read "The Richest Man in Babylon". The advise is simple and can be applied to any form of income.

Look at investing in index funds as a way of getting into stocks and then start to learn how to identify individual stocks you might want to invest in. Later, learn about short selling.

Look for property on the outskirts of large towns that tend to be cheaper and rent it out. People often cannot manage money and therefore not get loans so cheaper houses can often be positively geared from the get go.

Work to have all your income passive. Find a cheap beach to live. Enjoy.

Investing can be a lot. I started out with crowdfunded business loans, I could put €100 in at the lowest and the return rate so far has been 13% on average. Right now I also have stocks and I’m buying gold and silver coins as a buffer. I keep about €3000 in my personal account, that right now gets me 3-4 months of buffer should I lose my job and my investments.

All I can tell you is that the best investment is yourself. If you see an opportunity to educate yourself and get a direct benefit from it, don’t hesitate but do it.

I saved about 20% of my income towards an emergency fund until it is good enough to last me for 6 months just in case I become unemployed for some reason. Then I lower it to 10%. You always want to save for the short term and going mgtow makes it easier.
I started by creating a budget. I separate my spending into three categories: mandatory, essential and rewards.
1. Mandatory spending includes bills like rent, utility, car payments, insurance, etc. This is what I spend my money on first than anything else every month.
2. Essential spending would include saving and investing. Refer to point 1 on savings. As for investing, I put my money in index funds, particularly in a S&P 500 and Dow Jones index funds. Index funds tends to be safer while having pretty good returns. Picking stocks individually seems riskier, but if you're going to invest in individual stocks invest in companies you know well and are your favorites.
3. Reward spending allows me to spend on whatever I want based on what I have left, whether it be on video games or eating out. After all, you got to reward yourself from time to time and rewarding yourself is equally important as working hard.

I can't stress this enough: learn how to cook your own food! Ever since I learned how to cook, I've been saving a lot of money. Restaurants cost 300% more than what the food is actually worth and most of it is from the service. You can make delicious meals under 30 minutes.
