"younger generations are simply not signing up to volunteer" 1. Why would men volunteer for a country that's anti-male?

  1. Equality calls for at-least half of firefighters to be women so, why aren't the women stepping up? If a volunteer fire department needs 10 volunteers. Equality calls for 5 men and 5 women. So, we need more women to step up! I won't volunteer for a 10 person department if they already have 5 men because then I would be enabling a woman to not have to step up!

This country needs to expect and demand more from it's women. They wanted equality so, it's time for them to step up!
