Don't stop gaming women, you'll increase your value but be rusty as fuck. Don't get off that horse.

Equally don't put much time into women for a while. Focus on yourself. But don't put off interacting with females, this is a silly idea.

Quitting smoking, drinking, porn and masturbation at the same time will be total overkill.

I'd advise against that and would be focusing on the one that is the most harmful and thusly most urgent, i.e. smoking. You can/should combine that with quitting to drink completely or drinking occasionally as with most smokers/ex-smokers (me included) drinking enhances the urge to smoke and lessens your motivation not to. A few drinks and a few cigs what could they do harm, right? Wrong.

So quitting to smoke is a BITCH. Depending on how heavy you smoke this will be the real pain in the ass. Trust me on that one. Compared to that, the no alcohol issue will be a walk in the park. All you have to is explain yourself. Like. A lot. (you fag! ;P)

Do that for half a year/year and then you can experiment with quitting porn and even quitting masturbation too, if you want to go that far. If I remember correctly from the nofap guys, testosterone peaks after 7 days of abstinence so as I see it a once a week steam release gives you the best of both worlds in my opinion.

I don't think abstaining from picking up women is a beneficial thing. Porn, yes. Masturbation, possibly. But practicing seduction, being social, having fun with friends (which are all included in picking up women)? All things related to self-improvement.

Don't get dissuaded from women because of a bit of failure.
