Hello. Some of you might have read my previous posts here, if not, let me recap: Former fat guy. Blue pilled, mad at the world. No game but dont blame the girls i meet. I was hideous.

After an event in my life i changed myself. Went into monk mode, training and taking care of my self. After 7-8 months i was transformed. 14 kg down, approx packed 4 kg of muscles, more confident etc. The game was suddenly easy, i felt like top of the world. I felt like the top one. It was my hour of the wolf. I was me 2.0.

However...i was not red-pilled enough. I do what most people do, i get satisfied with myself and self proud over my accomplishment, started a relationship and let my self go.....badly. I did not listen and for that i apologize.

So here is what happened. My girlfriend broke up with me after 2 years, (time for herself, bored, etc). After to many weekends and nights with watching TV and eating shit. I went to the doctor for a routine check and guess what, the kg was back and my self esteem was gone. I drank beer, every fucking day for two months believing that as long i did not drank 2000 kcal of beer i would be fine. I was loathing and felt that i had accomplished nothing. I was the fat guy that they use too portray a loser and my job barely got enough money to make the wheels go around.

Society treated me like crap again. Woman did not look my direction, and some you could see got offended by my staring into their direction, i was not worthy for looking at them. Friends and co-workers talked over at work and when i talked their faces went to the phone. I was back at square one.

However, what someone told me here went into my head. That being on top of the world feels much better when you have actually climbed the mountain. Combine that with rejection (not passionate rejection, but rejection the way they want to humiliate you, based on anger that you even tried) i have started again. If i can do it once, i can sure as hell do it again!! And is not that i was really back on square on. I have touched my potential once, and the memories from that time is hell of a motivation. And with me i have every mistake, every experience and every lesson learned from last time.

So started, last December. Now i am 5 kg lost and on my way back again, and here is the good part, i feel the euphoria i have not felt for years. The feeling that the world is again waiting for me. The sweat taste of sweat running down the check, the building of confidence, that replaces the kg of shame. I can taste it and it feels sweet. You might ask whats different from me 2.0. Firstly this is because of dedication, last time was self-hate. Last time i was in the gym for 3 hours riding a spinning bike while taking a beer or two when i came home, it was brute force. Now i try to take it humble. I was afraid to crack, why i hesitated to write this post. But as i go into week six without skipping a day of the regiment i feel confident enough to actually tell.

So you are prob asking yourself what my intention with this post is? Well, motivation for a starter, second i had some reflection about it that makes this into fitness category:

1) I did not feel the full impact of my weight gain like last time. Last time i knew i had a large belly. This time it took my long time to notice. F.ex the clues was the shirt that suddenly tight over my shoulders. I feel that the kg spread all around my body instead of in the belly like last time. I am not round, i am wide almost a square.

2) My muscles are still here. I have not lost much of my progress, i can still lift or bench approx -10 % of former records.

3) Approx 2-3 weeks after i started i suddenly feel fat again, like i could sense the belly. Before i did not notice even that.

4) Cardio is shit if you are on a diet/healthy living. You guys was right. If you eat right it basically does not matter, while lifting always feels good and makes me more good. Now i train weight 4 days and 2 days cardio solely for my heart.

5) Energy drinks are shit, and so is everything else that is made for consume at training.i solely believe that it can be replaced by one cup of coffee and 0.5 l of water and as long as you do not want to really bulk, a good meal consisting of chicken and milk on the side will always be better than whey protein.

So this is my rambling, but it would not be complete without an apology to all of you. You were right and i was wrong. But its never to late to be the man you always has potential to be.

I will still be the guy that look at the best in people and not be conceiving , but i do not own anyone more than my company at the moment and that is exactly what will be open about about what i offer.
