It's a complex system. There are many other factors that differ.

Processed food vs. fresh produce cooked at home.
Active culture vs. sedentary culture.
Binge drinking.
Genetics.
Consistent sun exposure vs. binge tanning.

I mean, there's probably 100 differences in lifestyle that would play a part in how a woman looks at 40. And there are examples of western women looking great into their 50s, and asian/latina women looking rubbish much younger.

Boiling it down to the oils they use to cook with is rediculously oversimplified

I dunno about it being specifically oils but yes the processed stuff over here isn't good. Most of it being super cheap as well.

I thought it was already also proven that black women for example have much more collagen due to having darker skin than white women, hence why white women get wrinkles earlier. I don't feel like getting a source but google it.

Genetics are important. Genetics are the cards you have been given from your ancestors. In Asia people have hundreds of years of famine that has produced with frames. They are shorter but naturally fitter and thinner. There's also portion size in eating. The portion size in a restaurant in The Philippines or Japan is dramatically smaller. People in Asia also do eat more vegetables which is a plus. Genetics can be overcome but you're going against the grain and will have to be highly motivated and dedicated. In the end hard work can conquer all.
