There are a few things you can do to help yourself:
Develop a good routine- you probably have to wake up early for school anyways; try to go for a short run or make a trip to the gym if you can before school. At the very least meditate.
Take school seriously- high school, at least in the US, isn't a joke. Start working on your GPA ASAP and prepare for whatever standardized tests you need to take. Seriously-- don't dick around here, because the college you might want to go to will depend on how you do now
Stop with this "I'm generally a quiet person! I don't talk to them" nonsense; it's just male hamstering. The best way to be a more extroverted, fun person is to fake it til you make it. Start small and promise yourself that you'll make at least 5 small conversations with anyone. You don't have to make jokes, and hell, you don't have to make friends with people are your HS. Join a sport team if you can, though, since you can make pretty good friends over sports.
If you're fat or scrawny, start working on your body. It makes a big difference; if you're the fat guy in school your social prospects go down considerably, and I'm not even joking about that. Learn the basics of lifting.

Nah, I'm average sized. I'm 6'2 165 lbs, I have been going to the gym with my older brother, I stopped working out for a few months because I was locked in on not wanting to have a shitty gpa 2 years in a row, but now i go 5 times a week and have a set routine. I realized that being funny doesn't get me friends a long time ago, I've been constantly trying to improve myself and learning new things whenever I can. A lot of people realize that I have changed but a lot of people still don't take me seriously.
And what does meditating do? I'm curious

High school is only going to last so long so don't worry about any reputation. It honestly doesn't matter for your life after high school. Accept your past behaviour and act in a way that is comfortable to you. People will eventually stop caring about goofy shit you did before and will treat you according to your current behaviour. Sounds like you are doing a great job taking your school work seriously which is what will land you a nice scholarship if you want to go to college.
To get more friends, I would join social activities around your interests, not necessarily organised through your school. You could find a local sports team, gaming group, band, choir, orchestra, arts/crafts group etc. If nothing exists, you could start something. www.meetup.com might be a good place to start.
