I posted this on r/datingoverthirty and it got deleted within five minutes. Here goes....
Women think "he should be emotionally available" and he should "be PRESENT" for me. EVERYDAY. Well guess what, that's what YOU need.
You know what guys need? Everyday? Sex. We need to fuck, every single day. And you say "I shouldn't have to do that just because that's what you need." Or, "You don't really need that, you just WANT it..." simply because that's *not* what YOU need.
Well we can equally say that you don't really NEED our emotional availability, just because that's what you WANT. You seem to think that our being emotionally available isn't a sacrifice we make for you. You take it for granted. You're worth the emotional investment, but we're not worth the sexual investment? Which requires the greater investment of time and energy, really?
Being "emotionally available" is not as natural to us as it is for you. Being willing to have sex everyday is not as natural to you as it is to us. But we're the assholes for expecting you to cave to our demands for sex. Meanwhile you're supposedly no way at fault for expecting us to divest ourselves of our mental peace and solace by being "emotionally available" to you.
I'm so sick of women's assumptive position on the demands their entitled to make of men in a relationship.
