You should bulk up now, you are at the perfect body fat percentage to do so, right now I am bulking on Stronglifts 5x5, I am 6 foot 4 and 178 pounds at 15-17% body fat, I wont cut for at least 3 years to build a great strength base and muscular physique. What you are right now is skinny ripped, you have what I have if I were to cut down to 10% body fat, you dont look like you lift, you are at the beginner level but the great thing is that since you are a beginner, you will gain muscle and strength very quickly, all you need is a good program, a good diet, great rest, and consistency and you will get your results.

I used to play football (english), I'm 5"7.3, then I started running and was 62kg skin and bone, then I went gym for two years PB: 120kg squat, 152.5kg DL, bench was trash for me but around 77.5kg. My body weight reached around 75kg, I was big, now I'm boxing 4 times a week becoming a cardiovascular beast, I sparred a pro last week for two rounds who challenged for a domestic title, weighed in earlier at 67.8kg, looking to lower. Semen retention is supposed to do wonders (mike tyson didn't have sex for years whilst becoming champion) gonna see how far I can go.

Nice one man, I'm 5'7" and went from 53kgs to 65kgs in about a year. I did it purely for myself and even 5 years later I'm still going to the gym 4 or 5 days a week and love it. I look forward to throwing the metal around.

Your gains will slow down considerably after the 'noob gains' phase, just stick with it to fill out the muscle and you'll look like a spartan in no time. Just make sure to remember to fuel the machine with good food!
