Change your goal, look into the concept of plating, you might be interested in taking this approach with women. It sounds as though you might be too focused on comfort without creating sexual tension or escalating. You'd have to provide more information on how you achieve this goal of friend-zoning yourself. Generally, this is a beta tendency, they hope providing emotional support, paying for shit(provisioning) and sticking around long enough will get them a laid. Stop doing these things if you are.

You aren't in a bad place if you have a lot of female friends but you'll have to find the information to transition out of the friendzone. Once you start to plate, and develop the abundance/idgaf mentality then you'll start seeing results. Also look at nexting and ghosting concepts.

I think any of those chicks you swing dance with would be thrilled if you asked them out for a drink. If they're not asking you for a dance they aren't going to ask you for a drink.

Society lied to you. Women are not equal and a corrollary of this is that they will never make the first move. You have to make the first move, and most subsequent moves. On the positive side, women love this. Because 90% of men are too scared or confused to make a move, the first man who does is seen as high value.

Go get em.

If you are the top lead, you've laid with all the hot swing dancer girls already. Get better, get into performances and get into competitions. You will not nelieve the amount of admirers (non dancers) who look for a chance to be alone and talk with you.

That said. Girls in swing are subpar. Mostly old or chubby and at best an 8 (the instructors).

If you want to hook up with women, your goal should not "be to make many friends with women". Stop wasting time trying to be their friends; you will be friend-zoned. The three most important words, "What's your number". Get their #, grab drinks with them. Then fuck them.
No need to be friends with them.

Being confident and being yourself is such an overrated mainstream advice. Confidence and self-acceptance wont get you anywhere if you dont evolve and learn from what life made you go through. Anyways whether it is getting chicks, becoming rich, getting abs all of those things take persistence, ability to adapt to certain situations, patience and the most important of all not cresting big expectations . If I'm not wrong Arnorld Scharznegger said once, that he failed more than 1000 times. Truth is you wont become a redpill from one day to the next or one month to the next. It might take some years. I suggest you to read some of my old posts and comments( so you can see my evolution) and the sidebar.

Self-improvement is a never ending process and sometimes we will still get screwed and do something beta. Truth is you will have to digest lots of material here and even if you do that you need to remember to take what you read into practice dont spend all the time reading here. Go hit clubs, try to game chicks there try to increase your smv and the list go on. My biggest improvements came by taking what i learned here into real life situations. Also I recommend you to read all of Rollo Tomassi book series called" The Rational Male".

Good luck mate dont lose hope it might take some years but you will become Chad Thundercock from some years from now if you keep your willpower to self improve!
