NONE. If you research charities you will discover for the vast majority there is little money that actually gets passed down to the people who need it. Keep money for yourself and donate your time to men in need.

BaggyTrousersUK.org is a UK testicular cancer charity, CALM - The Campaign Against Living Miserably is a male suicide prevention charity, then there's Prostate Cancer UK which obviously deals with prostate cancer, and Orchid, a general male cancer charity.

Maybe you'll want to donate to somewhere more local but this will give you some ideas. Also, in the UK, there is some male refuge chatities and so I assume there is else where as well.

Or you could go down the route of helping man's best friends, in particular maybe a charity that helps a marginalized breed, like Pit Bulls.

The one I do is www.kiva.org/lend. What's cool is it's not pure charity, it's micro-loans to people in poor countries who want to invest in their little businesses (agriculture, food stalls, motorbike taxis, that kind of thing.) You make a loan of like $25, and over time (like a year or so), you slowly get it paid back (usually). Then you can reloan the credit.

I've been doing it for years and have made several loans with the original fifty bucks I put in. I like that it's not just a handout, you're actually helping hardworking people who are taking responsibility for trying to improve their lives. You can choose to only give loans to men if you like. But even the women, at least they're trying to do some honest work, so I'm ok with them too.
