That's a problem. You've been brainwashed your entire life to believe that women are the prize in life, and that your value is determined by how much you can provide to them.

Nothing could be further from the truth. YOU are the prize. The only value you have in this world is that which you give yourself. You cannot cultivate this through someone else.

Women do not experience "love" as you understand it. At best, they experience something close to what you understand as "lust," and only for a short time (the honeymoon period). Once the dopamine and oxytocin stops hitting, this lust breaks.

A woman is a simple creature compared to a man. They do not think logically, as you and I, but rather they sway like a feather in the breeze; they are driven only by emotional and biological urge. Both can change in an instant.

A woman is only after two things from a man: resources, and genetics. She is driven by biological urge to seek the best genetics (alpha fux), and to obtain the most resources (beta bux). Both of these drives are constant, and they seek both at all times. They will cheat on any man if they think they can obtain either. Think about natural selection and evolution of humans throughout time. Monogamy is unnatural. Women are designed to fuck the most alpha in the tribe, carry his baby to term, obtain resources for up to four years (the cutoff, after which women are incapable of feeling attraction for their partner), and move onto the next alpha to repeat the cycle. No selective pressures in women to do anything more. Men have always been the hunters, the creators, the thinkers, and the builders of civilization. A woman can always find a mate to pass on her genetics, a man cannot (must have good genetics [sexy/attractive] and/or plenty of resources to exploit).

Do you believe in science? Here is the scientific proof that men and women are not the same. No closer related than man and monkey.. This doesn't even take into account the 23rd chromosome, which determines gender. Females have two X's (XX). They are duplicates of each-other, and one randomly deactivates itself. Men, on the other hand, have XY. The Y is completely unique, both X and Y are active. Think of women as the base model, and men as the deluxe edition.

We don't fall in love with women, we fall in love with ourselves. We force our reflection unto their frame and make excuses for it constantly. Being in love with a woman is being content with chasing your own shadow. Women act as mirrors, reflecting your best traits back unto yourself. Skip the middle-woman and go straight to the source.

So a woman doesn't love you, she loves your resources. And you don't love a woman, in fact, you love yourself. You love the person you become around her. She is a mirror and shows you you at your best. Going your own way, for me, is about recognizing this. That I don't need a woman to tell me I'm doing a good job, I know I'm doing a good job. I don't need to define my worth based on how much I can slave away to support a woman. They aren't capable of intelligent thought anything more than repeating what they've heard elsewhere. I'm better off skipping the middle-woman and just going straight to loving myself. Think about everything you love about her, and figure out how that's you loving yourself. That's the core of what makes you, you. Do you love cooking gormet meals for her? Well, you like cooking. Cook for friends. Do you like holding the door for her and being a "gentleman?" Well, then go out and be nice to random strangers who need it. Do you understand what I'm saying?

Others can go on and on about all the negatives of women, but going your own way really isn't about them. All the negativity about women is needed as a constant reminder not to drift back onto the plantation, I support it, I provide it, but the core of MGTOW is yourself. Get into hobbys. Invest in yourself. You don't need anyone elses permission. It may be lonely for a while, that's the best thing a woman offers is when she shuts up and lets you talk, but you'll get used to it. Or you'll find some male friends.

Whatever woman she was and whatever she did to you I'm sure it was all trash. That's not worth losing your life over, that's not worth getting upset over, it's not worth anything. It's all negative, you've been brainwashed. Take the blue pill and you'll wake up tomorrow in your bed like nothing happened. Take the red pill (MGTOW), and you'll see just how deep the rabbit hole goes...

Been in the exact same position. 20 years later, you get curious and look her up on the Internet. Find out she married somebody 15 years older than you, and lives in a poor rural town and her condition of living hasn't improved at all since high school and probably never will. It's just mind blowing that people make such stupid decisions in life, but they are their decisions to make.

Make the smart decision and put her behind you. Build a better life for yourself with your own two hands. Move on. Don't let things like that ever get you down.
