So ... just a quick story on a conversation I had today. A guy I work with (not really a friend, but a good colleague) told me he was getting married. Again. He's been divorced for 8 years and is raising his daughter on his own. It went something like this:

Me: Why? Just why? Didn't you learn your lesson the first time? (Laid some facts about marriage, courts, women etc on him here)

Him: Have you ever been married?

Me: No:

Him: Then don't talk about things you know nothing about.

I swear, I just wanted to slap the stupid out of him. I'm 49. Been around the block a couple of times. So yeah ... don't need to have been married to know what a toxic dump it is.
