Statutory rape is a sexual act involving penetration that is wholely reliant on one party coercing or decieving another to occur, with the opposite party unable to understand such an action is taking place.

Consent is a process which both parties establish an unconscious or conscious contract in order to both adhere to it. Anything outside of said contract is therefore unconsentual.

So, not consenting to sex without birth control and it being forced upon you unknowingly can count as statutory rape. It relies on coercing a false contract under the pretense of no deceit and one party unable to understand such subterfuge took place.

I do t see that as rape, that’s just being manipulative. There should be some repercussions for it of course but I don’t think it’s rape.

The PC warriors of Reddit mostly hold the position that advocating for your own rights or celebrating your identity, especially if you are not a woman or historically oppressed minority, comes at the expense of other rights. If someone consents to sex under the condition that birth control is used and one party, through deception or otherwise, deviates from those agreed conditions then that individual has forced someone into a sexual act to which they did not consent. It doesn't matter what the gender of the people involved are.

It is the same thing as if a woman lies about her age, a man lies about having a condom on, a woman deceives him with layers of makeup, a man deceives her by stuffing a banana in his pants, etc.

But of course consistency is a tool of the patriarchy, so only when the man takes advantage of the woman is it rape. When the woman does it, she suffers zero consequences and the man STILL foots the bill.

Occasionally I'll see some redpilled topics on unpopularopinion, and given how it was 85% upvoted it was probably hit by a lot of redpills, so the cucked mods had to get rid of it because it made women look bad. If for example that thread was 85% UNpopular, the mods may have kept it.
