What's up guys, so recently I've been taking public transportation to work. Walking for an hour and a half is also part of my commute to work.
I've been wanting to get into shape and get a six-pack (abs not beer). Not to mention I wanted to get rid of my bad habits that are destroying my health.
Public transportation has filled my schedule and now there's not many time gaps for me to engage in destructive shit. Not to mention, I'm developing a six-pack already! It's been two weeks, and I'm already gaining more muscle tone just by walking.
It's also interesting to note the shift in perspective towards daily life. Daily life feels like an adventure, and you get a more authentic feel of the city.
