It's not weird, it's biology and upbringing. Men is built to protect, provide, and produce. We innately want to feel useful or contribute to something worthwhile in some way. Some guys don't know how to care for others in any way except for giving money. They think simply shoving money at you is caring even if they neglect you physically, emotionally, spiritually, etc.

This is very prominent in traditional Asian households. To be quite frank and honest a lot of the time you never see the dad at all. He doesn't "care" about you or the mom, he doesn't spend time with them, he doesn't talk to them, eat with them, buy them anything or help them with anything. He just does whatever he does and he sends or gives money and then believes he's duty in this world is complete.

In this article, I believe it's the same issue. The men desire someone to care for or take care of. They want to feel like a provider for someone and it's missing in their lives. All these men do is work and be responsible and it gets very repetitive and boring. They want all their work and efforts to go towards something. Hence... FinDom.

Yea I agree. There are a ton of things in the sexual universe that I’m not into but I can sort of get how some people might find those things exciting.

Findom is the most self destructive fetish and addiction out there. Most dommes don’t care for their subs or the “men” that are paying or tributing and are in it just for their own personal gain and profit.
