A good response to this I saw on Reddit was to install a camera and then print off a screen shot of the offender and stick it on a little sign in the ground next to the dog dump with their picture clearly visible so they’re publicly shamed. A good passive aggressive option if you have the patience for it.

Sorry that shit (pun intended) is happening. Easiest thing to do is buy a wifi enabled , self-battery powered surveillance cam and put it on your lawn. Shame the hell out of those women on local neighborhood listservs. If you don't want to keep the cam, most have refund guarantees.

Why am I not surprised? I see women walking around pissed that they have to walk the dog and constantly talking on the phone. Men seem to be engaged with the dog.
