It will take you a while, you will fuck up, you will get heartbroken. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel, you might not see it yet but just keep grinding.

Final point, it's a steep climb but keep at it. You will feel overwhelmed and will think about giving up many times but you need to understand this isn't even about picking up women. It's about leading a healthy and productive life. The quality of my life has increased tenfolds in the last 6 months. My social circles have exploded and so has my lay count.
