Excellent piece by the NYT showing how Japanese women are over throwing the shackles of married life to reject the intricate arrangement of their children’s lunch boxes because their husbands don’t do enough around the house.

Clearly the average corporate salaryman who simply works the normal hours of 60 plus hours a week in a country where they have a word for death by overwork isn’t pulling his weight so much so that the NYT doesn’t deem this worthy of discussion.

It always amaze me how they can't connect the dots. They have all the pieces in front of them, yet can't put 2 and 2 together.

Japan will probably be the first developed country to collapse. I'm very interested in seeing how this will play out, and how they plan to solve it.
