No, I think Athos Kay nails it in the Marriad Man Sex Life blog. Women in LTRs want dominance, but they also want comfort. So the comfort-making beta ability, anything from listening to her when work made her upset to doing laundry when she is too tired also helps. Providing is not merely money, but also some amount of pulling in the housework etc. Providing does not stop at being a wallet.

The strategy I am doing is to don't clean, but do laundry and occasionally cook. Cleaning = nest-making = female.

However I often shop groceries, that gives the caveman brings home the meat vibe, I think that is a good vibe. Also an independent, strong male should be able to take care of himself, if you need to be fed and your underpants washed by a woman that is too much a like a mom - boy relationship.

So actually I send a good message of independence of being able to feed myself when she is working late shift, and putting my clothes into the washing machine and then hanging them up to dry, this comes more accross as a positive, alpha-beta independence life skill thing, than a negative-beta male domestic servant supplicating for sex thing.

This housework thing is always a complicated dynamic. Little boys get fed and their clothes washed because they need so so it would be as shitty message to send, on the other hand kings get waited on them by butlers because they are fucking kings. I guess a super-alpha can get away with not doing it and turning it into a positive message. For others, it's better to do it and formulate it as an independence message.
