IMHO, there's a missing layer: The US Constitution. It goes UNDER the Family Court. It's a long story, but here's a summary. As a man, you have the absolute God-given right to raise your kids any way you see fit. And you have unlimited access to your children. Except for cases of abuse and neglect, the government has NO BUSINESS, WHATSOEVER interfering with those rights.

But if you step into Family Court? You need to lift your skirt and defend everything you do. And the judge will dictate everything, including what you can say to your children, when you can see them (if at all), and this all happens without Due Process, without any Constitutional protections. If you hit your kids, and are charged with a crime, you have rights. But divorce their mom? No rights at all.

I am not a Constitutional scholar, but it amazes me how the Family Court system invented itself out of thin air, and put itself above the Supreme Court and the Constitution. And no one seems to notice or care.

But no, let's do pitchforks over brown illegal immigrants losing access to their kids.
