This is such a stupid meme as it is inaccurate.

The truth is this: *Hard times create strong men.

*Strong men create good times.

*Good times create strong women.

Strong women create hard times.

Saying weak men create hard times is inaccurate for it doesn't matter if men are strong or weak (and men ultimately become as strong as society wants them to be). Our "strong" women prevent men from saving or upkeeping anything (or atleast offering any incentive to do so).

This meme is popular for humans naturally blame men for everything, especially when women are the perpetrator.

Well, I am afraid (not really) that the next hard times will not create strong men in the sense that the meme implies.
