I really believe this is where a pre-nup might come in handy. Need to call out that separate bank accounts are a requirement as well as separate jobs for the marriage to move forward and the intentional loss or failure to obtain a new job is grounds for the "D". I would not want to get married and be held liable under these kind of laws where I have no control over my money/resources.

I get having children will incur time off work but in this day and age with maternity leave and PTO the woman can go back to work after child birth. Child care will need to be a requirement now to allow the woman to re-enter the workforce.

They have changed the mind set and the Patriarchy (old ways) no longer is desired why should we men not protect ourselves anyway we can. I feel that if you want kids the surrogate path would be best but finding a woman and having a child out of wedlock (having a DNA test done too) will be the way to go to limit financial exposure, this way you can walk away later, and hopefully take your child with if things go sideways. With the way things are in some countries, cohabitation is out of the question as well.

I am sure most women will not want a relationship with children without marriage as this is the cash and prizes they think they deserve.

They are sure making it difficult for those men who want to have kids since the cost benefit analysis will most likely price that option out of the market, this is where you end up with women not being able to find men to marry and have a family with.
