Ah my favorite parts of these things from evil prosecutors:

Prosecuting sex crimes cases, such as pimping and pandering, are always difficult.

No it's not, it's easy, provided you have evidence. Maybe if you assume the party is innocent in the first place and look for ways to proceed based on that assumption, you might get it right more often, instead of just manipulating juries, evidence, and juries.

The victims are vulnerable and often inconsistent.

More often the victims are lying, inconsistent, and so much so they have to be coached by you.

In the Scott Espinosa case, a jury found the defendant guilty based on all of the information provided during the trial, including the inconsistencies of the victim.

Those same inaccuracies showed up later and exonerated him it seems. I guess you didn't care too much about that retard.

A judge later granted a new trial because of the ineffective assistance of the defendant’s attorney.

Or prosecutorial misconduct.

On the advice of his new defense attorney, the defendant chose to plead guilty before the second trial got underway and we agreed to the plea.

Since you know he's innocent, why is it in these cases, no matter what, and no matter how much life was lost, you still have to go after bullshit charges. Just let the man out.

Jesus prosecutors all suck dick for money. They just slobber over that political career.

A good way to vote, is figure out which candidate is pushing that they were a prosecutor for the government, and that's the one you know is the most corrupt after money and power.
