My gf and i had a daughter about 6 months ago.

We were broken up for all of the pregnancy, she moved to MC and i followed (from Michigan) due to obligation to my daughter. I found pictures of her and multiple guys she was fucking holding my baby, i broke things off and told her to leave.

I found the pics on her laptop from when we were broken up and now I’m questioning whether or not my daughter is even mine.

She left in a panic and called the cops falsely claiming i abused her, the cops left without issue and i sent a text to all her relatives showing her promiscuity.

What other steps should i take to ensure my daughter stays with me, if anything?
