I had to apply this rule to my father recently. I have seen my life improve drastically. As long as you are allowing people to walk all over you, you will be more lenient to allow MORE people to walk over you. Drop them all. You are the king of your own domain.

In my case, it was my negative bitch of a father who manipulated, abused, shamed and tried to control me, whereas my mother was always helpful and loved me unconditionally.
