As you now know, keeping a woman happy is a career unto itself. Have to work at it every day like you would any other career. With no guarantee of success. And for what?

The great thing about gyow is there are no rules. You will become invisible. No one will care what you do. It's all up to you.

Welcome to mgtow. Good on you for coming to the realization that everything they tell you is a lie.

First and foremost. I encourage you to remember that mgtow is a philosophy of improving your own life. Its immensely positive for you. Look forward to the new road you can walk freely without any ball and chain weighing you down.

Tend to your health. Hot that gym. Or the road, or hiking, or yoga. Whatever activity will make you a healthier man. Eat a good and healthy diet and lose any substances that put you into a Netflix and doritos mode.

Tend to your finances. Save up an emergency fund (say 3 to 6 months of total expemses), then start investing in the markets for good solid long term returns. You'll be financially secure before you know it.

Tend to your education and career. If you're not growing, you're dying. So gain new skills and certifications and choose the path that takes you upward in mobility, and responsibility. Do your job better than anyone else.

Tend to your hobbies. Pick something you enjoy! Bonus points if it's something that can be profitable like woodworking, but if you like coin collecting, then do that and enjoy it.

Take time to just relax and "date" yourself. Enjoy a fine glass of wine and a steak at a restaurant now and then, just by yourself. Go to the beach and relax in the sand. Do something frivolous and enjoyable for the sake that you've never done it before.

The world opens up when you dont have the constant pressure of women dragging you down. Never be tempted to go back to anger and bitterness, but always look to the brightness of your own horizon.

Rules are simple, since MGTOW is only a philosophy. - Beware of women, they don’t know what unconditional love means. They may love you, but it’s only because of what you can do for them. Once they feel you’re not trying hard enough for them, they’ll stop loving you. - Go to the gym a few times a week. This is your own choice, but you’ll notice that getting in shape will help you with motivation and the testosterone boost will help you with everyday tasks. - Set a goal to improve yourself. Learn a language, carpentry or whatever floats your boat. It’s even better to set a date of when you want to have learned it. - Hobbies. This is probably the most important one and you can combine it easily with the above point of setting a goal. Something you enjoy doing and want to sink your spare time in.

The only thing I can add to this as a personal note: Whatever you do, take pride in it. Be proud of your accomplishments and let it be your guide to more of them.
