Take some psychedelics and just drop those dynamics. When you're not trying to get laid there's no need to be anything other than a great, kind human being to your friends and family.

I want to add that evolutionary wise, we've transcended the animal kingdom as a species in a lot of ways. I.E. caring for disabled people and giving them fulfilling lives where in the past they would be victims to natural selection. This can carry through to social dynamics if you want it to. Just be nice and be happy! It's liberating.
