so my uncle decides he wanted to engage the old wage gap argument. i guess his shiny white armor was getting dull. anyhoo i used his own knowlege against him and he's been a bitch ever since. I asked him why more women arent hired if theyre just as good at the job but cheaper, surely as a retired ceo he found the logic in my point and had a genuine look of "wow, that a good point" on his face. he told me to show him my sources. I sent him an entire email, all of a sudden he is too busy to look at it. of course he told aunty, i maintained my position and the convo went nowhere. i post this to say this, even if you are a ceo and get tired of being the boss at work and dont ant to come home to be the boss, still be the boss.
