Hello to all you MGTOW's.

For a while have I have been lurking around on this subreddit. I have read some of your stories, and I am utterly horrified by some of the emotional, financial and legal ABUSE some of you have been subjected to. The way mainstream media (I have gone through the articles) covers the MGTOW group is nothing short of disingenuous. This group is accused of universally being a hot bed of toxic Western masculine misogynists who simply can't get laid and are resentful 'weasels' (also shoutout to Jordan Peterson). I believe this is as far from the truth as Hillary Clinton loving America.

My observation has been that the MGTOW community is not a homogeneous group of people, hence the way you're portrayed is misleading. Misogyny and hatred is not imperative to the MGTOW ethos. I don't see misogyny written into "men going their own way, forging their own identities and paths to self-defined success" anywhere.

I will assert that I do not hold the truth about female nature - I simply don't know enough and haven't studied evolutionary psychology, behavioural psychology etc. sufficiently. I will admit that I've observed some rather conclusive and unsupported claims by redditors stating along the lines of "All women are evil" or "WOMEN ARE VILE CREATURES". I think the media latches onto these statements without digging deeper into this community and displaying the fair claims presented in this community, so they can keep on pushing their culturally relativistic agenda. It's easy and cost free for mainstream media to curse the MGTOW's and call the whole lot of you resentful and nihilistic incels, though it is quite clear that it's not the case for all of you. I can imagine that some incels have fled to MGTOW and can be classified as MGTOW-pretenders.

I am curious to know, what do you MGTOW's think about the comparison between MGTOW's and incels? How can one properly discern between the two?
