this is obviously a generalization, no need to be upset lol

I found out about this reddit recently and noticed alot of comments saying mothers and moms are 'selfish' for wanting grandchildren (which makes some people on this sub angry because that means they need to find a better relationship). However, that's not necessarily the case IMO. what i'm about to say is something everyone knows but, Every person alive and reading this is here and existent because a couple survived and was able to have a child... over centuries and thousands of years. Which means our ancestors survived through ww2, a billion other wars, conquests, etc. and to break that lineage is sad, but your choice in the end. Children are born as somewhat investments, but that's what makes life running.

fast forwarding to 2019, yes some women are evil and take things for granted. but i still think that the concept that women only have children "to have power(?) over men" is overrated and a bit misleading because after all, you all exist and have cognition because you were once someone's child. does that mean you are all mistakes and simply power-warranting devices? maybe i'm in the wrong here but i'm willing to change my mind if anyone replies anything compelling or interestingly polarizing to my views
