I dunno. Maybe it's because I'm snipped but I think this article is hilarious. It's like a "how to not get in trouble with mommy" article written for toddlers and the first step is to hide the evidence in a corner or to blame the dog. OFC if you think women are children this makes perfect sense

You can't fake a pregnancy. You can only tell your man that you have a positive pregnancy test. The response of the guy should be indifference and eventually either she will start showing or she won't show for 9 months and then you dump her for playing stupid games.

If she is pregnant ofc what you do next is demand a paternity test. But she's reading stupid articles on happy baby earth dot com so in nine months everybody in her family and you will be asking "where's the baby? when are you going to have a baby" until she breaks down and admits she faked the whole thing. Then you dump her. Publicly. And explain the reason.
