If you gain full control of your sex drive, you will no longer want to think with your penis, you will begin to have an addiction to think strictly with your mind only, and can single handedly deflate a woman's power towards you. You will learn to prioritize logic over emotion. The longer you operate like that, the truth will slowly emerge from the fog of war, and that war you are fighting against indirectly is the truth. This is one of the end-game mindsets you might want to develop early on as a man no matter the age. That is one of the first major networks to opening your third eye.

I'm going through what I call "body depression". My mindset is strong and I am extremely persistence, patient, physically strong and other positive attributes but, something is telling me to slow down, like a watch that needs servicing. The gears are still going. If I stop, I will petrify my mind and that is the last thing I want. I want to keep growing stronger. What matters most is any progress in movement, no matter the mobility.

What it feels like to have this "body depression" is like a pig in a mud pit; it's paradise to just lay down and soak in the sun all day. I'm comfortable with what I have, and that's causing me to rot. You need to spend time with yourself and find the cure to prevent the decay. Unfortunately, people don't know how to properly utilize the time you do get alone. The best way you should observe your psyche is studying the faults that you deal with. It all comes down to being true to yourself. We're walking down the dark stairwell through our minds. Hoping we can find the torch to help us see where we stand, only to find a number of doors to unlock. Behind those doors holds the answers to life. One of the most important doors to unlock is Fear itself.

Fear is a network of multiple reactions and thought processes that halts logic and may cause you to react irrationally. Adrenaline control, environmental awareness, the devalue of death itself(one of the hardest pills to swallow), focus, pain resistance and mental recuperation are the trials you will need to face to learn how to manage your fear. You don't need to master all of those attributes, but once you practice that fear tolerance, you will become a walking fortress. That skill is a power that requires a lot of responsibility. You can be a honey badger and live a fierce life, and face off opponents 4 times the size your own, or, the owl and having powerful awareness of your surroundings while leaving a undetectable trail. The problem with that is since it is a dark and a necessary path(depending on your lifestyle), you will lose a part of your soul; and will change your view on what it means to be a human.

The juice can be worth the squeeze. A positive outcome of this is martyrdom(different for everyone). For example, prioritizing another life. Whether it means sacrificing yourself in the end. It's a different outcome for everyone, it's based off of what satisfies you. It could be utilized anywhere and tailors around how you are personally. Treating your mind like a simulation and repeating them over and over works your brain out; gaining self-knowledge about yourself and tying those simulations with actual real-life events lets you pick from multiple different outcomes in everyday obstacles. The more you work out, the more efficient you become.

Unlocking a massive milestone in your mental strengths is gratitude and modesty. Gratitude will take you so far in life. If someone or something takes everything away from you, including your car, home, pets, family, wealth, job, reputation; a majority of importance in your life, what would you do? You would realistically shut down, and cave in. One solution to that devastation of yourself is valuing your life no matter the circumstances. Those who do thrive should not fill you with envy, only gratefulness. That positivity should enlighten you, and help lift you off your feet. Envy is a crutch we all are guilty of. Break that bad habit. Get back up and bounce back.

I always tell myself this, whenever I am in a very dark place. "At least I'm still alive, standing and breathing to enjoy being on Earth." I don't hate seeing other people do better than me, I feel genuine happiness for those with success without a slit of resent. This is coming from someone who is "overriding" a majority of my own psychopathic/sociopathic tendencies. What we all have to go back to is realizing what the we are; we're all animals. Our primal actions prevent us to ask why we do what we do. It is all a inner thirst for blood wanting to emerge deep within all of us. It will be excruciatingly difficult for the average man to suppress primal instincts, and that's fine. It's apart of learning the greatness of gratitude, and humbling yourself on where we all stand. Its a skill that isn't spoken about anywhere in the real world, and I wish more people talked about it.

Its been a insane ride for me so far, and I feel so honored to be alive to actual be so aware of where I stand mentally, It's safe for me to say I've peaked emotionally and it's weird realizing that. Our enemies, is society. The people around at work, at grocery stores, school, every location where there's people. They will distract you from any sort of meaningful thoughts you were trying to construct, snapping you out of that state of mind. Being led by their own primal instincts does not help you fulfill your TRUE instincts as you awake from this hellish reality. They WANT you to be a slave to yourself; locking you in a mental prison.

That's exactly why I'm telling you guys this. Spending time with YOURSELF is the most important thing you can possibly do to help you grow as a man, even it's only 5 minutes out of your entire day. Please do it, don't let that treasure sit in the abyss and THINK. As cliche as this sounds, you're your own best friend. Nobody will treat you any better than yourself. Stop taking your everyday interactions with yourself for granted. At the same time, you're your own enemy. You hault your own progress. Recognize that. It's trial and error. Keep climbing the tower until you reach the top. The view will be worth it.

I've recognized how far we've come as a species. Sooner or later, we will witness the collapse. The fires will glow across the horizon, and the embers will dance throughout the sky. Embrace the hell we've all suffered through. It is a glorious sight to behold, and you should have a smile on your face as to how you've even managed to make it this far, no matter how high you are on this tower. Be proud of that. Make light of the harsh moments in life, it will make your pain a little easier to deal with. Cherish that hope you once had when while you WERE pure, and do not let anyone take it away. That hope you've created could aid another who needs it. Set a example silently. Leave a trail for the souls who break free from the hell down below; it may help who wish to climb the tower with you.

Sorry for the rambling, I felt like I needed to get this off of my chest.

TL;DR: Go your own god damn way and improve your mental strength.

Edit: Title typo, my bad
